These days, I’m finding it pretty tough to get to the gym with a 15 month old in tow. On top of that, I’m ridiculously short on time. And, okay, I’ll admit it. I’ve been a little lazy in the workout department.
Maybe it’s the season – I absolutely hate winter and I get so lethargic when it’s cold outside. Or maybe it’s the sheer exhaustion from chasing around a 15 month old while also being pregnant. Whatever it is, I have an upcoming vacation that I need to prep for, so I’ve been searching for some great lazy girl workouts that will help me get vacation ready without expending a whole lot of effort. They do exist!
